I love to nibble on something! Crispy dough, nuts but also the rich creamy taste of the cheese made this appetizer a delight for my taste buds! FOR RECIPE 400 :) and for you dear cooks :)

  • pt.aluat:
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • approx.100 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk of fresh chicken
  • for filling:
  • Almette cream cheese with sour cream 2 tbsp,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • the core of 4 nuts;

Servings: 10

make a non-sticky elastic dough from the mentioned ingredients and spread a thin ball of dough. Cut short strips from which small rolls are made. , in the shell which, after the rolls were baked, I pushed lightly with my fingers and removed them.

We also cut small popcorn from the dough that we use as lids for our rolls.

Fill the rolls with a mixture of cream cheese with butter and large chopped walnut kernels.

It's simple but delicious! :)

BROWNIE WITH CHEESE AND WALNUTS

Brownie is a typical American dessert, born in 1892 in Chicago, when a lady from high American society (Bertha Palmer) asked her chef to cook a dessert & # 8222take away & # 8221 that she can take with her. she in the city while the festivities take place on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the discovery of America.
The consistency of this dessert is very close to that of a cake with a delicious soft core and a fairly consistent outside. It will definitely please everyone. Let's see how it cooks.

baking powder & # 8211 5 gr
dark chocolate & # 8211 100 gr
unt & # 8211 100 gr
eggs & # 8211 3 pcs

Put pieces of butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt everything in the microwave, mixing well at the end to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Let it cool and in the meantime prepare the cream cheese (mix the cheese very well with 1 egg and 40 g of sugar).


Now beat 2 eggs with the remaining sugar (130 gr) with the help of an electric mixer (I beat within 7 minutes, thus obtaining a well oxygenated composition).


Pour the melted chocolate table with butter into the bowl with beaten eggs and mix well, then add little by little the sifted flour with vanilla, salt, cocoa and baking powder. We mix with the aim to homogenize all the ingredients.


Traditionally brownie is baked in a rectangular tray. So, we take the tray and grease it with butter inside, pressing a little flour. We put in tray 1/3 of our & # 8222 chocolate & # 8221 composition and spread it evenly over the whole surface. Pour the cream cheese on top and level it well with a spatula, trying to get a uniform layer. Distribute crushed walnut kernels over the cheese. All we have to do is pour the rest of the dough, carefully distributing it over the cheese.


Put the tray in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 40 minutes. When this time has elapsed, we open the oven door and leave it ajar, so that the brownie will spend another 10 minutes in the oven.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. After about 1.5 hours, we remove the edges of our cake with a knife, passing along the entire length of the edges, then we lightly turn the brownie on a plate.
Cut traditional brownies into square pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
We eat with pleasure.


Cheesecake, green onions and nuts

For the dough: the dough was made in the bread machine, and the ingredients were put in the machine in the order written in the ingredients. We spread the dough with the rolling pin and give it a round shape. Put the dough in a tart form, lined with oil and flour, bake the dough blindly for 10 minutes.

For the filling: crush the cottage cheese with a fork, add salt, egg and egg white, semolina and mix with a fork. Cut the cheese into cubes, stop a few pieces for decoration, and add the rest to the cheese filling. We cut the onion into slices, and we crush the walnuts in our hands. Add the onion and walnuts to the filling, but stop each one a little. Mix all the ingredients from the filling and place them on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. On top we put a little cheese with mold, onion and nuts. Bake the tart at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes. Leave to cool, portion and serve hot or cold, plain or with salad.
