How to prepare potatoes in a plastic bag

Baked potatoes are prepared very quickly as follows: peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, then wash them well with cold water.

In a large bowl put the potatoes, 2 teaspoons of sweet or hot paprika (as desired), 1 teaspoon of ground rosemary, salt and pepper to taste and a few cloves of peeled and crushed garlic. Mix the potatoes well with the garlic and spices, then put them in a heat-resistant bag that sticks to the top. Prick the bag in 5-6 places and put in a tray. Put 3-4 tablespoons of water in the pan, especially if it is made of ceramic or heat-resistant glass.

Put the potatoes in the oven for 30-40 minutes on medium heat, and remove when the potatoes are soft to the touch.

Preparation Poultry steak in the bag:

The process itself does not take even 10 minutes, after which the bag is thrown in the oven and when it is taken out of there & # 8230 to lick your fingers! We liked it so much that we repeated this scheme twice in the same week.

Therefore, the meat is seasoned to taste:
