It is a cake that does not require baking, light and fragrant :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pack + 2-3 biscuits for ornament
  • grated chocolate (nuggets, whatever you want)
  • 100 g of roasted hazelnuts in the oven
  • 200 ml sour cream for fresh
  • 100 gr milk chocolate cake
  • 30 ml hot coffee
  • 1 large syrup coffee + 50 gr zagar
  • 1 vial free of rum

Method of preparation

I broke the chocolate and melted it in the microwave, then I mixed the chocolate with 30 ml of coffee (twice I poured from the hot coffee) and I mixed well, then I added sour cream for whipped cream I mixed well and gave 1 / 2 hours in the freezer. I took it out of the freezer and beat the cream hard and put the rum essence.

I mixed the coffee for syrup with the sugar (you can make another syrup if you want).

I browned the hazelnuts in the oven and cut them smaller with a knife.

I mounted the cake: on a plate I put along 4 biscuits stuffed with sweetened coffee, then I spread a little cream over the biscuits, I sprinkled roasted hazelnuts and chocolate chips, and I did the same with each row.

I got 6 rows, on top I decorated with cream, I put some triangle-shaped cookies and I sprinkled chocolate chips and roasted hazelnuts.
