The meat is tender, flavorful, a great idea for dinner :)

  • 800 gr beef pulp or muscles
  • 1 box of chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • oregano
  • 150 gr flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Beef in tomato sauce:

We cut the meat into 1 cm thick slices and beat it well with the meat beater then we put it in the flour, we shake it from the excess flour, and we fry it in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side. We repeat the process until all the slices are ready. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the garlic, mix it with oregano and grated ginger, then add the chopped tomatoes and water, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. In a baking tray 25cm * 35 cm put the meat then pour over the tomato mixture, sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (if necessary and reduce the sauce too much, add a few tablespoons of water).

Serve with rice garnish or cous cous. Enjoy!

17 cannelonni tubes of durum wheat
1/2 kg of minced beef
1 carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
3 green onions (1 whole + 2 only the white part)
4-5 mushrooms
1 bottle of homemade tomato juice (500 ml)
1 jar of tomatoes in broth + juice, also homemade (400 g)
homemade / parmesan / cheese / mozzarella (I used sweet country cheese)
1 clove of garlic
oregano, thyme, pepper

I boiled the minced beef in its own juice in a wok dish over low heat. When it suffocated well, I added the onion and the finely chopped mushrooms, the carrot put on the small grater and I added half a glass of water and I let it cook slowly for 20 minutes.
I added the finely chopped pepper and tomatoes, the tomato juice, the garlic and the spices and I left it for another 10 minutes.
I let it cool a bit and greased a yena dish with butter.
Then I started the most meticulous job, which is filling the tubes.
The filling went into 17 tubes that I placed in the bowl, I poured a whole bottle of homemade tomato juice and on top I sprinkled fresh cow's cheese, which can be successfully replaced with parmesan, cheese or even mozzarella pieces.
I covered it with baking paper and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
The result is perfect for those who love pasta with red sauce!
Everything was enjoyed by the whole family.

Recipe of the day: Tortilla with beef and onion sauce

Tortilla with beef and onion sauce from: beef, corn, salt, hot water, oregano, cumin, onion, garlic, coriander, salad, tomato sauce.

Tortilla with beef and onion sauce


  • 450gr beef
  • 150gr malai
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120 ml of hot water
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chemistry
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • coriander, salad, lemon and tomato sauce, to serve

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat and place in a pan. Cover with seasoned water and bake at 150C for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, make the tortilla dough. Mix the malai with salt in a large bowl. Add warm water, little by little and knead well.

Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 1 hour.

Remove the meat from the oven and break with a fork then let it rest in a bowl. Divide the tortilla dough into six.
Spread each tortilla.

Heat a frying pan. Cook each tortilla for 15-20 seconds on each side. Keep the tortilla warm.
Add oregano and cumin to the meat bowl and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the meat mixture and cook for a few minutes.

On each tortilla add chopped salad, beef mixture, tomato sauce, lemon and coriander.
Serve immediately.

Instead I found oyster sauce at Mega (and it was ffffff cheap too)

even better with fresh ginger. some time ago I couldn't find fresh ginger and I used it in an envelope, so I have several recipes with powder. and now I still keep the envelope in the house in case I run out of fresh and I'm too lazy to go shopping.

It's been a good few hours since I quickly baked 6 servings of beef with onion! Beef steak with wine sauce

Ever since the September chill, we have been longing for a blushing steak in the oven, one that caresses the senses of the whole family. We invite you to try the spornic recipe, a testimony that a delicious steak does not need hours of marinating meat or who knows what precious ingredients.

Ingredients: 1 kg antricot or beef, 150 ml semi-dry red wine, 150 ml broth or tomato paste, 50 ml Spornic La Foc Mare oil, 3 cloves garlic, 2 bay leaves, 1 sprig of thyme, salt , pepper.

Remove the meat from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for at least a quarter of an hour. It is good to remember this trick before cooking any kind of meat, to make sure that it penetrates evenly. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the piece of meat on both sides for 5-6 minutes. When it is browned and begins to share its scents, take it off the heat and caress it with crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Put it with oil in a heat-resistant dish and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Leave the meat in the oven for an hour, during which time turn it 2-3 times. Remove from the oven and drain the oil and juices left over from the meat. Add the tomato paste, wine and bay leaves and let it boil over the right heat until it drops to about 2 thirds of the composition. If you prefer a more consistent sauce, you can make a rantas with 1-2 tablespoons of flour. Cut the steak into slices and pour the slices of sauce.
